敏捷手法只能用在軟體業、大公司嗎？面對連5000元都要籌款、申請補助的休閒農業社區發展協會，該如何導入敏捷手法呢？他們為什麼要導入？期望解決什麼問題？過程中遇到了哪些困難？導入成效又如何呢？面對一群全白紙一張，沒有任何敏捷經驗、甚至沒有受過專案管理有關訓練的團體，成員年齡從20歲到70歲都有 ，該如何運作？讓理監事認同，讓會員參與。這些問題可苦惱了Scrum Master……
Is Agile methodology limited to the software industry and large corporations? How can it be implemented in a leisure association that needs to raise funds and apply for grants, often as little as NT 5,000 dollars? Why do they want to adopt Agile, and what problems are they hoping to solve? What challenges did they encounter during the implementation, and what were the results of the adoption? How do you operate with a group that has no prior Agile experience, and some members haven’t received any project management training? The age range of the team spans from 20 to 70 years old. How do you gain the approval of the board of directors and engage the members? These are the questions that have puzzled the Scrum Master.
Carrying the confusion with above, the Scrum Master went through four months of sprints every two weeks, accompanied by daily Scrums. During the process, I visited three times and was eventually invited to assist with OGSM. Welcome to listen to our journey.
