Tamsui Female Way – Breaking Boundaries of New Female Workforce.

【演講大綱 Speech Abstract】

淡水女路，透過培養女性導覽人員演繹淡水故事，3年內由1.0、2.0發展到3.5「她」故事劇場，展現破框新女力。不僅可以在校園或社福團體推動性平教育，更能夠提升女性重返職場之準備力及自信心。讓有意願重返職場的婦女，得以用在地女性的角度述說自己女性的故事。
Visit the 3.5 ‘Her’ Story Theater, showcasing the empowerment of breaking new boundaries. Not only can it promote gender equality education on campuses or within social welfare organizations, but it can also enhance the preparedness and self-confidence of women returning to the workforce. This allows women interested in re-entering the workforce to narrate their own stories from a local female perspective.

團隊先前已使用Trello敏捷工具，但面臨溝通、技巧等方面的缺口。參與敏捷導入後，幫助專案負責人更好地評估每一個任務的價值，並及時調整方向和優先順序。也協助團隊凝聚共識同心達成共同目標。
The team had previously been using the Trello agile tool but faced gaps in communication and skills. With participation in agile adoption, it has helped project leads better assess the value of each task and make timely adjustments to direction and priorities. It has also assisted the team in building consensus and working together to achieve common goals.
