【簡歷 Bio】
現任為工研院中區服務部經理/國發會地方創生育成村執行長。曾執行管理工研院綠色科技示範屋、人機互動科技實驗室，參與多項科技創意競賽，曾獲工研院未來生活科技競賽、TWTM發明獎項，2018-2020連三年獲邀擔任Panasonic/中油邀綠色生活設計大賽評審；擅長組織溝通與管理， 2022年9月榮獲美國國際專案管理學會台灣分會（PMI.TW） “年度標竿專案獎”，近年致力推動經濟部中小企業城郷創生轉型業務。
Currently the manager of the Industrial Technology and Research Institute (ITRI) Taichung Science Park as well as the CEO of the National Development Council’s (NDC) Zhongxing New Village Regional Revitalization Startup Incubator (ZRSI). Formerly the director of the ITRI Green Energy Technology Demonstration Site Human Computer Interaction & Learning Lab, and took part in many technological innovation competitions. Awarded the TWTM Inventor’s Prize in the ITRI Future Life Tech Competition and invited to be a judge for the Panasonic – CPC Corporation Green Technology Design Competition three years in a row, from 2018-2020. Proficient in organizational communication and management and was awarded the “Annual Benchmark Project Award” from the Project Management Institute of Taiwan. In recent years they have been avidly promoting the Ministry of Commerce Small and Medium-Size Enterprise’s Small Business for Township Revitalization Project (SBTR).

2018年 行政院訂定為台灣地方創生元年，自此由國發會扮演跨部會整合者推動，講者將從此次參與PMI專案管理大賽之專案管理5流程說明參與城鄉創生轉型輔導計畫之歷程，以及分享國發會推動地方創生育成村之工作經驗與所見，與現場各位先進交流。
The Executive Yuan declared 2018 to be Year 1 of Taiwan’s regional revitalization campaign. Ever since then, the NDC has promoted the program as an aggregator spanning different ministries, and today’s speaker will be portraying the experience of participating in the SBTR project through the 5 project management steps used in the PMI Project Management Competition. The speaker will also share their work experiences and observations taken from promoting the NDC’s ZRSI, while engaging with the audience.
