Applications and Innovations of the Construction Management Driven by Information Integration and Data

【演講大綱 Speech Abstract】

幸福城市的蛻變是以突破障礙與強力建設達成我們對美好城市的想像，臺中近年透過與生俱來的區位優勢，積極建設基礎設施，在數位浪潮下，應用資料視覺化、雲端運算及機器學習提升城市治理效與便民服務已是刻不容緩的事情，透過資訊整合從Smart到Intelligent建構工程全生命週期E化管理，橫向整合道路、共同管道、公園、行道樹、路燈工程興建及維護，以及重大公共建築興建等業務，以資料驅動為導向，建立智慧施工、智慧公園及智慧道路等應用服務，協助推動與管理諸如：水湳國際會展中心、臺中綠美圖、美樂地計畫、道路燙平養護等重大施政計畫及工程，將進度、安全、品質及績效全面性提升，透過資訊整合，將建設局成為市府資訊共享的節點，以「鏈結治理網路、整合建設資訊服務」建立智慧政府AI管理，朝「富市台中，新好生活」的目標邁進。
The evolution of happy cities is an achievement of our imagination regarding wonderful cities by breaking the obstacles and strong construction. In recent years, Taichung has been actively building the infrastructure with its inherent position advantages. Under the digital tides, the effectiveness of urban governance and convenient public services shall be done without delay through the visualization of application data, cloud-based computation and machine learning. Via the information integration, from smart to intelligent, the digitalized management of a full life cycle for constructions is built, while integrating the construction and maintenance of roads, common pipelines, parks, road trees and road lamps horizontally, as well as the key public building construction. Driven by data, the application services including smart construction, smart parks, and smart roads are created to promote and manage. The examples include the key policy implementations and constructions like Shuinan International Convention Exhibition Center, Taichung Green Museumbrary, Taichung Melody Project, and Road Ironing and Curing. The purpose is to enhance overall the progress, safety, quality and performance. Via the information integration, the Construction Bureau becomes the node of the information sharing within Taichung City Government and the AI management of smart government is created with “linkages among the governance network, the integrated construction information services” for the goal of “Affluent Taichung City, New wonderful life.
