【簡歷 Bio】

Dr. Chung-Sheng Li is currently a TSMC Fellow in the Corporate Planning Office with primary responsibility in driving digital transformation of supply chain planning and digital twin. Prior to joining TSMC, he was the Managing Director and Artificial Intelligence Lead for Trust in PwC Labs between June 2019 and November 2022 with a focus on driving AI-augmented next generation audit. Previously, he was the Global Research Managing Director of Artificial Intelligence for Accenture Operations between June 2016 and June 2019, with a focus on driving the development of new AI-enabled service offerings for Accenture Business Process Services. Prior to joining Accenture, he was with IBM Research between 1990 and 2016 holding various technical leadership positions in AI solutions, cybersecurity, next generation datacenter, and cloud computing. He received BS in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1984, and the MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1989 and 1991, respectively. He has authored or co-authored more than 150 patent or patent applications, and 170 journal and conference papers. He is an IEEE Fellow.

In the rapidly changing landscape of digital transformation, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping project and product management methodologies. This talk will explore the evolution of these methodologies in response to the demands of AI-augmented environments, emphasizing how organizations can leverage AI to enhance their project and product management practices.

We will begin by examining traditional project and product management frameworks, such as Waterfall, Agile, and Lean, and how they have been adapted to incorporate AI technologies. As organizations strive for greater efficiency, adaptability, and innovation, methodologies are evolving to embrace AI-driven insights and automation.

Next, we will delve into specific AI-augmented techniques that can enhance project and product management, including predictive analytics for risk assessment, natural language processing for stakeholder communication, and machine learning for resource optimization. We will discuss how these technologies can streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and foster collaboration among teams.
Additionally, we will address the challenges and considerations associated with integrating AI into project and product management methodologies, such as data privacy, ethical implications, and the need for upskilling project managers to effectively utilize AI tools.
