Ernie’s journey in healthcare began with an internship, culminating in her current role in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector in the Asia Pacific. With experience spanning sales, marketing, process engineering, operations, and multichannel strategy. Notable projects include HCP education for cardio/vascular at Cook Medical and the post M&A integration of orthopaedic Rx drug with Novartis.

Ernie在醫療領域的旅程始於一個實習，並在亞太地區的藥品和醫療器材產業擔任不同職務，經驗涵蓋銷售、市場營銷、流程營運和多渠道策略。處理項目包括庫克醫療的心血管科醫生培訓項目以及與諾華骨科處方藥物的併購後整合。

Currently, Ernie serves as the overseeing force behind the business operations of Merit Medical in the Asia region. Prior to this, Ernie led two start-ups, one as a social enterprise focused on providing alternative solutions for mental health issues among the underprivileged.

目前，Ernie在Merit Medical負責亞洲地區業務運營。在此之前，Ernie 參與了兩家初創企業孵化，其中一家為社企專注於為弱勢群體提供心理健康問題的解決方案。

Ernie’s contributions to her field were recognized with the prestigious 2023 PMI Future 50 award. Her commitment extends beyond the professional realm, as she volunteers with the Standard Insights Team of the Project Management Institute.

Ernie是2023 年度PMI Future 50之一。她的承諾不僅局限於專業領域，她還是Standard Insights Team@Project Management Institute的成員。
