Mallory is the Senior Program Manager at SparkLabs Taiwan, where she oversees the accelerator program’s operations and startup mentorship. Before joining SparkLabs, she was the product manager at aetherAI, leading medical AI software product development and global market expansion. During her tenure, she helped the company acquired its first benchmarking customer in Europe. Prior to aetherAI,Mallory served as the technical partnership manager at Huawei Technologies Munich Research Center, scouting hundreds of deep tech startups and leading collaborations with enterprises and academic institutions in Germany and across Europe. She holds a master’s degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the Technical University of Berlin.
