FinTech Best Practice: KGIB AI RADAR Project – AI Fraud Prevention(1.0)
凱基銀行金融詐欺防制工作小組專案團隊依循PMI的《PMBOK® Guide》第七版之模型、方法及工件，採用「瀑布式」的專案生命週期，持續打造智能雷達防詐網AI RADAR，強化Responsibility責任阻詐、Agile精準阻詐、Detection臨櫃阻詐、Alliance協力阻詐與Risk-base科技阻詐等五大面向，以具體行動配合政府機關共同打詐，進而保護民眾的財產、守護銀行聲譽。

The KGI Bank Anti-Fraud Task Force Project Team, following the models, methods, and artifacts outlined in PMI’s PMBOK® Guide, Seventh Edition, has adopted a waterfall project life cycle to develop the KGIB AI RADAR Project. The initiative aims to strengthen five key dimensions—Responsibility (blocking fraud through accountability), Agility (precision in fraud prevention), Detection (in-branch fraud interception), Alliance (collaborative defense), and Risk-based Technology (technology-driven fraud prevention). Through these concrete actions, KGI Bank is working in alignment with government agencies to combat fraud, safeguard the public’s assets, and protect the bank’s reputation.
