曾經擔任程式設計師、系統分析師職務，負責APP及網頁管理系統的建置，近幾年來從事專案管理工作。目前擔任金融客戶核心系統導入專案經理與地方創生團隊敏捷教練
Once worked as a web programmer and system analyst, responsible for the construction of APP and web management systems. In recent years, he has been engaged in project management. 高雄市政府農業局農發科與海洋大學導入敏捷管理之經驗分享

【演講大綱 Speech Abstract】

「高雄市政府農業局農發科」平時承接農業局的眾多專案計畫來承辦，工作上也需要跟廠商或是其他單位密切合作，因此計畫在執行時，需要能夠有效率的來進行工作管理。
「海洋大學」某系所每年會定期安排跟國外的大學交流，今年則是安排在暑假進行與日本龍谷及高知大學的參訪，整個參訪作業需要有一套明確的工作計劃模式來管理繁雜的活動細節。
兩個團隊都在原本眾多繁雜的工作事項中，希望藉由敏捷管理的導入，能夠建立一套適合自己的工作管理模式。這次由小孟教練來跟大家分享團隊導入敏捷管理的歷程。
The “Agriculture Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government ” usually undertakes many projects of the Agricultural Bureau. The work also requires close cooperation with manufacturers or other units. Therefore, when the project is implemented, it needs to be able to work efficiently manage.
A department of “National Taiwan Ocean University ” regularly arranges exchanges with foreign universities every year. This year, it arranges visits to Japan’s Ryukoku University and Kochi University during this summer vacation. The entire visit operation requires a clear work plan model to manage the complexity details of the event.
Both teams are currently dealing with many complicated work matters, and hope that through the introduction of agile , they can establish a work management model that suits them. This time, coach Jeffrey will share with you the process of the team’s introduction of agile.
