從數位化走向智慧化 – 智慧路邊路外停車整合管理平台
From Digitalization to Intelligence: Smart Parking Management Platform

【演講大綱 Speech Abstract】

透過城鄉計畫，台灣國際結合了「停車服務」與「商圈服務」，打造一個全新的點、線、面創新服務模式。在停車上，以屏東、台南路邊停車為主，架設物聯感應設備，透過科技導入，全面提升停車的資訊獲取方式；在商圈上，為了活化屏東及台南商圈，台灣國際與這些區域的百貨業者及商圈店家合作，提供民眾優惠訊息，並提出停車優惠折抵方案，讓停車服務與商圈結合，提供全新的服務模式。除此之外，台灣國際亦開發智慧停車APP，透過行動科技導入，收集民眾停車與消費相關數據，作為未來大數據分析的數據來源，並進一步發展智慧商務系統，其未來成果將提供公司規劃決策，以及提供地方政府交通政策擬定的重要參考依據。
Through Smart City Taiwan project, TIDC combined the parking service and the shopping service to create an innovative service model. IoT sensors were applied in Tainan and Pingtung to manage roadside parking spaces. The information of available parking spaces can be caught and released to end users. Besides, to activate shopping areas in Tainan and Pingtung, TIDC cooperated with department stores and stores/shops in the areas. We not just provided popular preferential information to consumers but also proposed a parking discount scheme to support stores/shops, which derived innovative service model. The innovative service was developed through a mobile app. The user behavior and consuming records can be collected for future application. The innovative business system and its future results will provide reference data for operation and policy development.
