在各種新理論浮現檯面時,身為領導人物的您,對於組織轉型、企業創新、塑造永續經營的未來,是否已胸有成竹,有了確切的行動方案與目標?
「以不變應萬變」之傳統思維,在現今市場環境充斥著VUCA特質的情況下,註定了逐漸頹敗不振的結局。多數的領導人也都深信,認為大刀闊斧式地制度變革與結構重建,才能做好迎接變局的準備。
講者有著多年輔導及培訓公營機關與私人企業,導入制度與體質改進的經驗,將會在此次演說中,分享數個親身慘痛經驗之轉型失效模式,以及分享一個讓組織企業評量自我準備程度所建立的成熟度模型,希望能夠有助於傳統企業組織領導人,在思考如何下世代佈局時,有個脈絡可循,避開重複踩坑的可能性。

The traditional mindset of “coping with shifting events by sticking to a fundamental principle “in the VUCA era today is doomed to failure. Most leaders are convinced that drastic revolutionary reforms are the only way to change.
Chungan has many years of experience in coaching and offering training both to the public and private sectors/ In this speech, Chungan will share several personal, painful experiences of transformation failure modes, as well as a way for organizations to assess their own readiness to evolve. He hopes to help the leaders of traditional enterprises and organizations to have a structured and incremental path to follow when a change is being introduced to the company, minimizing the possibility of repeating the common pitfalls.
