工作內容描述/所需特殊技能
Job Description/ Special skills

1. manage schdules and costs for assigned customers/programs
2. advise overall financial health of all programs being managed
3. provide support with identifying and preparing new engineering and business proposals
4. ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer objectives
5. negotiate/facilitate resource allocation and employee relation issues with functional managers
6. conduct formal design reviews with customers to ensure designs meet their requirements
7. ensure all products and services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and are on time and within budget
8. ability to effectively present information to senior management and customer

相關工作經驗/Working Experience

1. PM experiences for at least 3 years
2. Server & Storage industry experiences
3. Technical or engineering backgrounds (plus)

相關工作管理經驗/Management Experience

1. 6-12 years working experience
2. PMP certificate (plus)

個性/Personality

Goal-oriented, action-focused, pragmatic, self-disciplined

學歷/Academic Background

BS degree, Engineering discipline(plus)

語文能力/Language skill

English – Good Oral & written skills required
