The role of the Project Manager is to handle the project management activity for own account projects in line with the contract and to the satisfaction of the customer and ensure profitability of the projects in accordance with ABB’s business plan and customer focus guidelines.

Accountability

• Ensure the project management group is technically and commercially capable within guidelines set by ABB Taiwan achievement of budgeted performance of allocated contracts.
• Timely reporting and forecasting of contract performance and resources.
• Perform the project management duties in accordance to TWABB guideline.

Qualification

• Electrical engineering background with administration and management training with relevant experience in a similar industry
• Business administration skills i.e. forecasting, budget, planning, etc.
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment, whilst showing initiative and leadership skills
• Experience in project management tools and techniques
• Good commercial and business sense
