As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible and involve with three main functions:

Business activities:

• Take responsibility for the business performance of the unit/outlet
• Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control,
• Analyze profitability and set budgets with senior management

Front of House:

• Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant
• Deal with angry customer
• Manage recruiting, training procedure of the restaurant staff
• Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards

Housekeeping:

• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety
• Check stock level and ordering supplies

相關工作經驗/Working Experience

• Had experiences working as a top-tier Japanese restaurant
• Restaurant Management is a significant plus

相關工作管理經驗/Mge Experience

Service industry preferred. Management experience preferred
