【課程簡介】

While a majority of project management practitioners in the world are PMP certified, there is an over whelming demand for agile project management certified professionals. Should we desert our PMP certificates and pursue only the latest agile certifications? Can we leverage both PMBOK and ACP agile project management together to drive project success?

Through this 1day overview, the course developer aims to:

1.achieve greater awareness of successful integration of the traditional PMBOK project

management with the various agile project management methodologies;

2.inspire a more harmonic approach to project success within the project management

community.

當世界上大多數專案管理參與者多為合格的國際專案管理師之際,仍有一股對敏捷式專案管理強大的需求存在。吾人可以拋棄專案管理師從而追求最新的敏捷式專案管理師嗎?我們能藉由平衡專案管理與敏捷式管理兩者間讓專案導向成功嗎?

透過一日的課程,授課重點指向:

1.將傳統專案管理方式與多樣性的敏捷式管理方法論做一整合,達到較高成功公算。

2.在專案管理領域中,啟發更具多相容性之方式達到專案成功。

【課程目標】

This course aims to advance a PMBOK-based technical manager to become a strategic project manager who helps to drive project success through sound practices of combined agile and traditional project management know-how.

This course introduces a harmonic approach to project success through adapting proven practical agile methodologies in ACP with and into the PMBOK framework. These ACP agile methodologies include but are not limited to DSDM Agile Project Management, Value-Driven Development, Feature-Driven Development and SCRUM.

This is not a detail technical agile tools and techniques introduction course, but an overview course in applying a harmonic approach to project management, and aims to share the real world experiences of seasoned project managers and project stakeholders on how to transform and adapt to project environment changes.

本課程目標在精進過去以專案管理為導向的經理人成為一位策略型專案的經理人。而策略型經理人能透過結合傳統專案管理方式與敏捷式管理使專案成功。

課程中介紹以一具相容性的方式,將敏捷式管理方法論實務與傳統專案管理架構相融合,以達成專案的成功。而敏捷式管理方法論包含但不限於動態系統發展、價值導向發展、特質導向發展及擁有雙重回饋機制與透明而可控的敏捷式開發。

課程不僅只是對敏捷工具與技術的介紹,更將以相容性的方式導入專案管理中做一詳盡說明,同時分享現實環境中經理人與利害關係人如何改變與適應環境的變化。

【課前準備】

The course assumes the delegates have general PMBOK &agile knowledge.

本課程假定參與人員均已具備基本專案管理與敏捷式管理概念。

【講師介紹】Rose Chu

Ms Chu started as Assistant Professor in Computer Information Systems Department of the Niagara University, USA in 1986. She also has had a long and distinguished background as IT heads and executive in the manufacturing, finance and government sectors.

Ms. Chu is now the co-founder of several project management training organisations as well as being a project management trainer. She actively mentors to non-profit organisations, and also serves in the Executive Committee of PMI Hong Kong Chapter since 2001.
